The official trailer is here
Brett shared the first official trailer for the reboot of Little House on the Prairie with me, and I have to say, it’s difficult to put into words what this moment feels like.
There is a deep and abiding sense of pride that comes with being part of the Ingalls family, but moments like this bring that pride to life in a way that is both personal and profound. To see Laura Ingalls Wilder’s stories, our family’s stories, given new voice and new vision for another generation is something truly special.
For me, this is more than a reboot. It is a continuation of a legacy. It is the reaffirmation that the lives we often describe as “ordinary” are, in truth, extraordinary in their perseverance, their faith, and their enduring humanity.
Watching these stories come alive once again fills me with a kind of joy that reaches far beyond nostalgia. It is a reminder that the values woven into Laura’s words, family, resilience, integrity, still matter. They always will.
And perhaps most meaningful of all, it is a reminder that the story is not finished. It continues, through each of us who carries it forward, who tells it, preserves it, and shares it.
